Construction

Every part is hand crafted from hand selected, Premium Cypress lumber, hand selected Premium Ash Hardwood, rustic Knotty Pine and Cedar. We directly purchase our lumber solely from wood harvesters that strictly adhere to sustainable foresting techniques outlined by the U.S. Forestry Service. Our Lumber is a superior choice for strength, durability, resistance to decay and all kinds of weather in all climates.

We utilize a "pocket hole" system where possible to eliminate surface holes. Eliminating surface holes further enhances the "look" and aesthetics while reducing the collection of water which may cause damage.

All of our fasteners are made of marine grade Stainless Steel. Fully threaded, "pan head" screws are used for additional strength.

Outdoor grade adhesive is applied to all connection points to further increase structural strength.

Our finishing process only utilizes exterior grade, environmentally friendly products for extra protection and long lasting durability. Our process incorporates all the steps necessary to ensure a durable, long lasting finish which not only protects but feels smooth to the touch.
