Maintenance

Maintenance will be a must for any outdoor furniture. All natural stained pieces can be cleaned and re-stained on a “as needed basis” or once every 12 to 18 months. If you choose not to maintain the stained pieces, they will eventually fade and turn a rustic, but beautiful gray color. Some cleaning may be necessary. For all colored stained pieces, again, you can clean them with a light soap and water as it requires you to, to get top dirt off of them. You can also lightly clean and re-stain the chairs about every 2 to 3 years or as desired. You can even stain them a different color if so desired. Again, if you choose not to maintain the colored stain, it will eventually fade and turn a rustic gray color.

For maximum results and long term performance of all types of finishes, keep the furniture out of direct sunlight as much as possible. It is recommended to use in shaded areas. It is also recommended to either cover or store the furniture during the winter months.
